Never shut your drawers down till after 6 pm! Bad customer service!!
Pros:
It’s the same 30 ? year old guy with long pulled back hair. I never come to this pharmacy. I will Never be back!! The 1st time I dropped off my prescription, this same guy blew me off hatefully, because I asked an approximation to pick up, he hatefully said not today. Then today I called to refill my prescription, Sheryl (new?) was not patient enough to serve me, because my phone cuts out. All other companies are patient with my cutting out phone service. That’s part of where I live. Sheryl gave up ans she was irritated with me because of my phone, she was unwilling to be patient. so she handed the phone to another lady who was polite and patient with my cutting out phone reception. With patience, a person can get the information. The new lady had patience thankfully, & served me well. I was in traffic, on a Friday night through Eureka, so I arrived 5:59. The guy was closing up, instead of opening his window. Then at 6 pm he opened his window & said we’re closed. I’ve been in the public my whole life, with money transactions. You never close your till until it is straight up 6 pm. This is once again the same guy that blew me off, probably because he wanted off work to party on a Friday night. I will Never be back! Bad customer service!! Not one time has that same guy ever been cheerful with a smile, as we the customers give him a job! He does not need to be in customer service! Smith Drug need employees that are Thankful for the customers, giving him a job to survive in life!! Never Will I be back! Now I have to wait till Monday to get my pet his meds! I was t paying with cash, I was using my debit card, so it wouldn’t have hindered his cash drawer! I have been a manager in a store, in my younger days! Shame on the guy! He does not care about the health of patients, & customers! The male employee that’s in his fifties ? that had a stroke has always been helpful, with a smile!! Always goes the extra mile! God heal & zBless him!! That one needs a raise.. as well as the lady that took over the phone call when Sheryl was too impatient to continue trying to help me, because my phone cuts out. It just takes a little patience! You have quality employees, but very bad employees! After I pick up my pets medicine, I will never be back! \rCons: Get employees that do what it takes to care for patients.
