Where is the OLD STAR DISCOUNT
Pros: The smallness of it, the pharmacist knew you, everything about you and your family's health. You walked in and they knew you by first names (we asked them to call us by out first name). It was like your family.\rCons: Go back to the way it was!! Now, you never know who your going to get in the pharmacy and tech. It isn't "warm feeling" anymore. That's why we started going there because it was small, family like you had the same employees and you were comfortable around them. Now, you walk in spend 20 minutes telling them who you are, health problems, answer questions about medication, ect. The "old way" they knew you, if there was a change in medication they knew it and Vickie would call you into that little room next to the pharmacy and discuss it with you, where now they don't know if something is new, they talk to you over the tall counter where everyone in the pharmacy can hear the conversation and at times it gets kind of personal. Vickie WOULD NEVER DO THAT!! PLEASE go back to the old way put Vickie and Rama back full time at Bailey Cove, they are the reason we go there!
