There is nothing to like about this pharmacy. I've spent 2 weeks trying to get an rx filled with them. They lied several times about not receiving my rx when my old pharmacy called themselves to transfer it verbally and faxed/electronically sent it. Through 2 weeks of just telling me "we'll look out for it" , only one 1 time did they offer up to call my old pharmacy for me ( as any other pharmacy would have long ago done). Even then, the representative at OHC NEVER actually called. That was just another lie from them. Days later, after I left a voice mail and requested to speak to management, a representative told me that they had my rx, but they just couldn't find it before. I was under the impression that meant my rx would be filed soon . Not the case, another entire week has gone by and ohc hasn't even ran a claim

What OHC can so better is act like you know how important medical treatment is to patients in need. What the consumer can do better is avoid this place at all cost.
