Pros: I was with express pharmacy on Stockdale Highway. I was treated very rude regularly. I was judged based on my medication and when I transferred to Omni pharmacy, I was in shock of the kindness shown to me. The staff is very helpful. They are patient and they explain all medications that I don’t understand they don’t seem annoyed or irritated by my calls or questions. I’m so glad that I switched pharmacies. Thank you Omni for the amazing service.\rCons: I do feel it was a little hard to search for the phone number to Omni pharmacy

been going to this phamacy for over 45 years i can not remember ever having a problem . they have always went out of there way to help me

Zero Quality of Care

Pros: This pharmacy is connected to my healthcare provider.\rCons: Make their delivery policies clear and available to the patient. Treat their patients with respect and not "forget" to add prescriptions to the delivery vehicle as promised, delaying treatment by a day. Drivers should carry change at least for a $20 bill.
