I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MTM PHARMACY ON BOLSA AVENUE IN HUNTINGTON BEACH TO ANYONE (including my enemies). They are VERY UNETHICAL. When I first signed up with them, they said that they are better than every other pharmacy, ethical in their everyday dealings, and treat all of their customers as family. With their treatments of my, I feel like their STEP-CHILD. After signing up, they forced me to pick-up and purchase prescriptions that I don’t need. They guilt trip me and play the victims whenever I tell them I don’t need a medication and/or the doctor took me off of medications. They would tell me to just pick them up this one time because they have no other patients taking so and so medications but me. Another time = they bill my insurance monthly instead of in bulk because they get more money out of it (even though my insurance pays in bulk, too, which is in turn cheaper for me). Then when I finally had the opportunity to transfer my prescriptions out of their pharmacy, theywould not let me; they try to guilt trip me again and put all of the blame on me leaving them hanging and dry because they have helped me so much. They tell me to not transfer out yet and to purchase medications from them now and then transfer next time. When I stood my ground, they refused to transfer and/or reverse bill any of my prescriptions. Until this day, MTM PHARAMACY ON BOLSA AVENUE IN HUNTINGTON BEACH is still giving me a difficult time with my prescriptions and would still not transfer any and/or reverse bill all of my prescriptions out.
