Pros:
They were friendly until I asked for the reimbursement information
Cons:
I am writing in regards to getting compounded prescriptions filled with them. They charge 2-3 times what other pharmacies charge and refuse to give you the information that is necessary to file a reimbursement claim with your insurance. They’re not even willing to explain why they won’t give this information when it is standard practice for pharmacies to give a superbill with all of the information that would allow you to submit to your insurance. I hope this advice helps you to avoid this pharmacy! There are so many more considerate ones out there to choose from.
