Pros:
The staff is wonderful, they talk to you like a person unlike the big chain pharmacy. If you have a question they take time to answer you. My wife and are so Glad we switched. If you have prescriptions that are ready to fill, they call you to let you know, and when they are ready the call and text you.
Cons:
Honestly can't think of any improvements they need to make
