I'm leaving this comment to see if the Local RX app looks into it. It's truly useless because (1) you try to log in to create an account, but it doesn't let you check your updates, refills, or anything like that, like CVS does. This app is completely ineffective. It's a headache and really doesn't make things easier because when you want to pay for medication, for security reasons, it's better to do it through the app instead of waiting for the delivery person to charge you or constantly calling the pharmacy because they're busy. It's quite frustrating, which is why I'm giving this rating. It's not for the pharmacy itself, but for the app they have; it's terrible, a really bad Local RX app.

I think the App would be better for the patient, because if you check if you need a refill and you're not calling all the time, I think the App is the best option.
