Pros: All the staff are always very kind and extremely helpful from the technical staff all the way up the lead pharmacist. I have never called without getting all my questions answered . And if they have questions for me they always call me so I can assist them with the question at hand. I am a disabled shut in. The delivery staff are always on time they even call me and let me know what time they will be there so I don't have to worry on weather they are coming or not. I open my door to a very insightful delivery person that's not afraid to ask how I am doing. All in all I will remain a client with PIHC Decatur and remain totally happy with the level of service I receive. Hats off to brandy and James. \rCons: I feel they are at there highest level of service.
