Pros:
Most asinine thing done was to change to this app. Pharmacy already had everything they needed. Used to be very simple to get Rex refill on line.

Go back to old method.

Pros:
Quick, friendly, yet professional response. I was worried about my Rx being hurt during mailing, they offered a FREE delivery service that avoided my worry about the Rx being caught up in the hot weather and how unreliable USPS can be sometimes.
