Rude and disorganized

Cons:
Train staff not to be rude.
Keep a stock of medications. They are consistently out.
Have a better process for registering for COVID vaccines. I registered my aunt and uncle over a month ago to be told today that they don’t show them as registers. Then they refused to take a registration at all. Unacceptable behavior.

Pros:
I prefer to patronize local businesses.
Cons:
The staff is consistently rude and inconsiderate to the needs of the patient . They will NOT call the patient nor the physician when there is a problem with the prescription. When confronted they will complain that you are merely one of hundreds of patients they have to deal with and cannot make any effort on your behalf. Their negligence will cause you to go days without your medication and you wont know there is a problem until you confront them and then they will blame it on you. I HATE this pharmacy.
