Switching to Community RX Blanchard a little over a year ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before switching, I used Walmart Pharmacy, and my medication was constantly unavailable. They were always having to order it, which meant I sometimes went several days without my medication. After switching to Community RX, that problem completely disappeared. The staff here are truly incredible. Natalie, Lila, and the rest of the team treat their customers with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Every time I walk in or pull up to the drive-thru window, I am greeted in a way that makes me feel valued. You can tell they truly love what they do. They have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Recently, my new insurance accidentally had my gender listed incorrectly, which caused an issue with my prescription. They worked with me and adjusted what they could on their end so I could get my medication while I worked on fixing the insurance issue. They have also helped me with insurance problems and made those stressful situations much easier. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things thoroughly. When I started a new medication, my pharmacist walked me through the proper way to begin taking it, why the dosage started low, and important safety information my doctor never discussed with me. They do not just fill prescriptions—they make sure you understand your medications and feel safe taking them. One moment that really showed me the kind of people they are was when I was having a difficult day and my kids were fighting in the backseat while I was already overwhelmed. Lila noticed and took a moment to give them both suckers to make them smile and calm down. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much. She treated me like a person, not just a customer. I have used CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart pharmacies, and none compare to Community RX Blanchard. Their service, kindness, honesty, and integrity are unmatched. Prescriptions are filled quickly, they communicate well, their drive-thru is convenient, and they always make you feel like you matter. I trust them completely with my medications and would recommend Community RX Blanchard to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers. They have completely changed my experience with pharmacy care, and I am so thankful I made the switch.

The only thing I could suggest is that they keep doing exactly what they are doing. It is rare to find a pharmacy that makes customers feel genuinely cared for, and I would not want that to change.
