Pros:
The best of small-town, personal, efficient service. They answer the phone right away. They are on top of the information. They are courteous and professional. They are on time. There is no wait. We haven't seen any mistakes. So very pleased that we crossed the river to the small pharmacy and their relaxed, personalized attention to detail.
Cons:
More effective app to trace script status and refill options. But I'm older and still know how to make a phone call.
