They Don't Care About You

Pros: I really liked the male pharmacist, he is really kind and seems to really care about you and your needs. He's also very punctual but I've only got to deal with him one time. Now, as for the female pharmacist, be aware, she doesn't give one crap about you or your needs. My doctor sends my prescription to them but for the last time because of her. When he sends my prescription she just doesn't fill them, she's always telling me that my doctor never sends them over and I always have to call my doctor over and over again. Then she says they are all out and as soon as it comes in she send it right over. I patiently waited over a week until I couldn't wait any longer, so I called and tried talking to her again and she said she didn't know anything about it but would fill it and get it to me right away. Guess what, I still didn't get my prescriptions and now I'm all out, so I called her back and she said, oh that was supposed to go out last night. Now it's Friday morning and they're not open on the weekends and she tells me that she's not sure if there extra driver was coming in today and I told her I am now out of two medications. It's Sunday and I am literally feel as if I'm dying because she has now made me go cold turkey without my TWO medications. I also want to say she is very rude on the phone and doesn't even say goodbye to you she just hangs up on you. I have never ever dealt with a pharmacist that just doesn't care about you. \rCons: Get rid of her!!!
