Pros:
Staff are very efficient and helpful. I work at Hornbachers and the staff always has time to answer my questions.
It's great when you see one pharmist in store they know you by name.
There has a few times I see a pharmist and I remember I need a refill and they check in with me on what time my shift is done and they have my prescription ready
Cons:
Nothing they are amazing
