This pharmacy never gave me issues until the last couple months. They’re the only ones that would consistently have my child’s prescription in stock.

The pharmacy could improve by providing better customer service training to ensure staff communicate respectfully and professionally, even when there is a disagreement or confusion about a prescription. Verifying records carefully before insisting a customer is wrong would also help avoid unnecessary conflict. Additionally, employees should maintain a calm and courteous tone when addressing customers’ concerns, as a little patience and understanding can make a big difference in resolving issues.

Fast friendly service by people who know you and can do things to help that large Corporate Pharmacies cant. I do not have 1 patient who has ever regretted changing to Family Pharmacy.

Nothing that I can think of they have always done very well. I know as they have really gone the extra mile for many of my patients when they needed it and would have been turned away from the bigger cooperate pharmacies. And no they did not pay me for my review but if the are feeling generous...................
