Cons:
Train the drive-thru attendants to have better customer service skills.. I was treated HORRIBLY this morning by cashier Ebony D. My receipt #217294 Jan 23,2024 9:26 AM.. She seemed irritated, impatient and talked to me like I was “beneath her”. The price of the medicine surprised me so a I dialed my phone to call my daughter.. this must have triggered her because Ebony wanted to know “WHAT ARE YOU CALLING HER FOR, A CREDIT CARD”? .. that was a rude and unnecessary question.. then after she left the drive thru window for 5 minutes or more she came back and dryly said “SO WHAT YOU WANNA DO”? I was taken aback by her behavior.. After paying for my medication I called my doctor to switch my prescription back to CVS.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PHARMACY AGAIN!!
