Wonderful service in the on-site hospital pharmacy

Pros:
Its sole pharmacist is friendly, knowledgable and professional. Construction near the other Madison, SD Lewis Drug store has made the trip there longer and more dangerous, meaning this location is, at least temporarily, a shorter drive and easier to get to.
Cons:
Its sole pharmacist could use a technician to answer phones and run scripts to the hospital. Every personal break or delivery of a script to some other part of the hospital means a moment when the on-site pharmacy is closed, and with the aforementioned construction, that could mean a client is left to wait or a phone call goes unanswered.
