Pros:
Nice people. Lousy refill process. Who cares whether pharmacy is open to just send a refill request. Think how Amazon works. 24/7 ordering.
Cons:
Get a new refill app. I don’t want to think about what day or time it is when I want to place a refill request.

Pros:
This app is horrid. I’ve already talked to them about how unfriendly and unworkable it is. I’ll have to find another pharmacy if they persist in using it. No excuse for it.

Pros:
No notice that refills of Rx were being moved to a generic app. Doesn’t work well. Can’t find Rx refill form. I’ll change pharmacies if this doesn’t become workable
Cons:
Build an app that is simple. I suspect Rx refill is the biggest use. The old one worked great.
