Pros:
They go out of their way to help in every way. I am on hospice and they always make sure my medications are in stock and ready on time. They are all so kind and helpful.
Cons:
Have a patient portal type thing to view meds.

After learning of this concern, we remade the medication and shipped a replacement at no charge as a courtesy.
