Worst customer service ever
Pros: Nothing \rCons: Have people that actually care about people, I get you have to deal with a lot of people but you don’t have to be so rude if we call and ask a question, and if you don’t know the answer just say it! We called to ask why a copay was different (more expensive) here than at Walmart and the lady was like I don’t know I don’t work for Walmart call and ask them or your insurance. You’re not happy at your job find another one!!! Your supposed to be nice and helpful your at a pharmacy, I feel so bad for anyone else that has questions!
