Pros:
That they EVENTUALLY called me even though when they started lying to me if I didn't need the prescription so badly I would have asked to cancel and told them when they can actually be truthful with me maybe I'll give them my business
Cons:
EVERYTHING!!!
I had 3 different people here say they would find out what was going on with my prescription from their Hurricane facility because it had to be compounded and call me back. None of these employees ever returned a phone call. Why would I want to give my business to a place that can't even keep their word to check on something and return a call. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for this prescription.
EDIT: Was finally given a call back 2 weeks and a day after the medication was prescribed. Also got fed some BS by their Hurricane location that they tried texting and calling me and had the correct number. Hadn't received any missed calls or texts at all during the time period.
