Pharmacist doesn’t follow through

Pros: Everyone at the pharmacy is very kind and seems to want to help. But I have become a little frustrated with the pharmacy not following through on sending prescription refill requests. Today alone I called twice and was told both times that the request was sent. After several hours I called my doctors office and they informed they had not received anything from Birch. This has happened previously also. \rCons: I would prefer the pharmacist be honest about whether they have followed requests, so I am not left wondering all day or longer because nothing actually got sent in.
