I was desperate to get my medication but every pharmacy I called was out of it, including my own. Went to all the big name stores and no one had it available and didn't know when they could get it. It is a controlled substance so I only had 3 days left of my medication. The ONLY place that had it was Ostrom Drugs. They have always had it when I have needed my refill. I won't go anywhere else. And their little gift shop has wonderful surprises all around.

This is an independent pharmacy, meaning, it is not part of a big chain. That means you can talk to a pharmacist quickly - in person. They are very friendly helpful, AND the attached gift shop is AMAZING. So just go see for yourself. I will never go to another CVS, Rite Aide, or Walgreens as long as Ostroms exists.

When the nearby big chain closed, my wife picked up my meds here and they charged $500 for what would have been $50 at one of the 6 other grocery store based pharmacies. Seriously, 10X! Another $450! I brought them back directly and tried to return them but was told “no”. If your meds seem expensive here, do yourself a favor and check the price elsewhere.

Sometimes they get my unimportant, not life saving drug order correct. Sometimes.

They are completely aware they sell defective albuterol inhalers, I have repeatedly told staff, and the owner. Their response? Change nothing and hide everything I post and putting their customers in danger. This is the most disgusting business I have ever come across and until they do something serious to make up for this abhorrent behavior I suggest you don't come here even if they fix it, considering they went out of their way to hide the problem they caused.

Ostroms is fantastic! Best customer service in the area... BY FAR! We switched because we had so many problems and terrible customer service at the Rite-Aid up the street. They are also a fabulous gift store.

Can't think of anything they can improve... They're amazing!

Staff is very helpful. Always willing to work with you.
