Pros:
They are courteous, very friendly and helpful! I had to find a new pharmacy, and I researched and my diabetic doctor told me about their pharmacy… I was worried about getting all my medication transferred from one to the other, no problems at all they did the work for me! And the best part is They Deliver your medication to your home’
Cons:
I cannot think of anything that they could do better!
Transitions made easy

Pros:
I just recently was forced to change pharmacies I have been going to the same Pharmacy over 10 years. In my choices I found Tri-Cities Community Health to be my best option and was worried still about the transition from one Pharmacy to another. This was the easiest transition in most comfortable environment for pharmacy I'd ever experienced. Not only are they polite and very much interested in my personal health but they made me feel very welcome completely satisfied.
Cons:
I don't have a clue as to what they could do better the only difference between my Pharmacy previous and this one is the hours and no drive-through. However when you're treated as good as I have been at a pharmacy buy this one tcch Pharmacy on Auburn in Kennewick Washington why would I ever go anywhere else I feel like they care about my health that my concerns are important. And the fact that they take the time to listen to my concerns and give me a rational answer or check it out for me anyway made me feel like my health is in good hands. Hours our little difficult and no drive-through but they do have curbside pickup so and they also deliver from what I read so I'm not too worried anymore.
