Pros: I have been going to this pharmacy since before it was in the clinic..and the pharmacists themselves are wonderful they care about the patient and keeping them informed and never seem bothered to answer your questions\rCons: The front person one would check in with is irresponsible, rude, and will ignore you if your white! One time I came up after my appointment. Gave her my info. And told her I would be waiting for my meds ..4 1/2 hours later I went back back up to the windows and she tried telling the pharmacist " she didn't check in with me" but pharmacist knew it was a lie cause she was standing next to her when I did!! And she tried doing it again today but I happened to see the glucose monitor I was getting and when I asked if I had missed her calling my name? She ignored me so I asked again and again until she answered me ...very cold very uncaring and SHE IS THE ONLY 1 WHO DOESNT WEAR A NAME TAG probably for this reason...no one can file a complaint about someone if they don't know their name when I asked her she just pretended like I didn't say anything !!
