Pros: The staff are extremely helpful, their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are truly appreciated. I’m sure everyone that walks in Tulalip Pharmacy and experience their interaction with the staff would agree. All staff are Attentive, Empathetic, Patient, Proactive, Responsive, and Thorough. Double checking my ID, I like, makes me feel that my medications are in a safe pharmacy and won’t be picked up by another, never happened here BTW. Of what I have experienced with Tulalip Pharmacy throughout the years, customer service also entails being courteous, empathetic and patient, even in challenging situations. Which that describes The Tulalip Pharmacy Leaders and their Team. THANK YOU TO ALL THE LEADERS & YOUR TEAM!!! With my challenging and busy days of being a Full-Time employee of Tulalip Resort, Full-Time mother of 4-boys, and very Limited spare time; Tulalip Pharmacy has been flexible with me. A couple times in a year, just a few minutes away, I called and asked if they could let still pick up if I am 2 minutes late? They saved me from avoiding waiting until the holidays of Christmas, and new years are done and passed. That would’ve have been a very long wait, especially with the medication i need to have everyday. \rCons: Easier way to sign in on their new app, I still have no idea how to do it or questioning myself of whether or not I have completed it. The New App. website made me register but then redirected me to become a new patient. So I went ahead and completed a form sign up to Become a new patient. Not sure if I just made myself a new file within their system.
