I had been coming here since it was first opened. A few years ago the owner sold to a larger group & it's gone downhill. There is a manufacturer working there, Ben, he's hung up on me several times when I've asked to speak to a particular pharmacist. Recently I had called to check on something & he was so rude another pharmacist called me back immediately after our conversation ended to apologize for how Ben was talking to me!! I went a couple more times & finally gave up in December. Nobody deserves to be talked to like this. Ken another pharmacist has told me he's a hothead!! Obviously they don't care enough about their customers to do anything about Ben & his horrible behavior.

Get rid of rude employees who are not changing after months & months
