Unprofessional Staff
Pros: This pharmacy never gave me issues until the last couple months. They’re the only ones that would consistently have my child’s prescription in stock. \rCons: The pharmacy could improve by providing better customer service training to ensure staff communicate respectfully and professionally, even when there is a disagreement or confusion about a prescription. Verifying records carefully before insisting a customer is wrong would also help avoid unnecessary conflict. Additionally, employees should maintain a calm and courteous tone when addressing customers’ concerns, as a little patience and understanding can make a big difference in resolving issues.
