Excellent Neighborhood Pharmacy

Pros: Professional, caring (concerned for others), very efficient, friendly and normally FAST service. Very FAST is really "more like it"! I have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes to pick up a medication. Whitman Pharmacy is fast, friendly and very customer oriented! They are very great people and I greatly appreciate them!! \rCons: Everything that Whitman Pharmacy does is GREAT. There is nothing to complain about or fix. They are very organized and efficient at assisting their customers. I greatly appreciate Whitman Pharmacy for all of my medication needs, from all of my medical doctors. They are definitely a GREAT #1 customer service oriented pharmacy.

Hii Been a customer with my self and family going on 14 years.!

Pros: Everything but unfortunately not anymore, Until this pharmacist “Leib” who has a very disrespectful tone of speaking and Jokes around like I’m not joking with you don’t joke with me.!! On the other hand didn’t take my medication delivery seriously and was left in the wrong area and on Top Controlled medication and my mothers medications as well and than screams at me, while I’m Looking for my medicine all night cause their delivery man and still saddened to put this review as the other only person and pharmacist “Arih” is great, but didn’t acknowledge fault screamed at me threatened to block me cause he’s too busy taking calls and I’m worried about my medication and come to find out the place where he delivered to, they contacted them and told them my blood pressure and other important medications were left at the wrong address while it was filled three days before and sitting on their shelf I was panicking looking for it all night cause he left it as the wrong address and didn’t accept fault but screamed at me and constantly when go into picking up my medication and my mothers He Makes arrogant jokes and calls me Insanes” cause my last name is Hussain” and I laughed it off once, I laughed it off twice it seems like he like to single me out in front of Customers and gets a thrill from doing it.!!!\rCons: Be more on point and more supportive of there customers/patients and stop cracking jokes cause they Tume while other customers are in the pharmacy and Accept Fault and not scream at me and like I said threatening to block me I can go to a different pharmacy if they no longer want my business they simply have to let me know and on top of that doesn’t how am I doing but the other pharmacist who is his cousin or something is very nice but shortens me on my medication multiple times and doesn’t remind..! As I suffer from PTSD and Depression and tell me we’re out but says we’ll have it in a day and get it to you..! They should be more courageous of the customers and be nice and follow up how I’m doing but it’s always opposite I would ask how there doing and the rest of the staff are just mute and Areogant the Lil looking boy working there and the lady in the back that fills.!! Very upsetting that in a situation like this they wouldn’t accept fault and says I don’t what’s going on with your deliveries or some nonsense as well..!!

The Pharmacist Mohammed

Pros: Only giving two stars for the two Hispanic women that hold the place down. If they did not work there this place would get 0. \rCons: I’ve had ongoing issues at Norwood Care Pharmacy trying to get my prescribed medications filled correctly or even receive them at all. The pharmacist, Mohammed, has made the process extremely difficult, often billing the wrong insurance and delaying prescriptions because I have two different insurances, one for my personal use and the other for my ongoing no-fault accident. During my most recent visit, the pharmacist was also rude and unprofessional to my little sister who was picking up prescriptions for us both, even calling her “stupid” and “dumb” when she tried to clarify the situation, and also had accidentally dropped her items including our dogs leash. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when they’re just trying to get their medication. I hope the people of the community find a different pharmacist to take care of their needs. None of us deserve this treatment just because Mohammed is miserable.

The worst place

Pros: Very bad place especially the daughter which she acts like the shi' is really a piece of sh't when she's still single due to so many man she had robbed even took the engagement rings and pawned it off so she could ride off in a range rovers while she's over 50 years old still lives with her parents house and work for her parents acting like shes a nurse or something and who knows how's her father got his money when he was nothing back in syria it's all a act we have all seen his daughter with so many guys or maybe you have too u can still can in NY NY clubs or lounges sitting on so many other men legs oh and her vacations trips are the worst Don't need to believe just track her or ask about how many fiance's she had played to rob their money rings and God knows what ese\rCons: Get rid of the owners kids and family workers not one has any degree in pharmacy dept

Lack of professionalism

Pros: I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding my experience with a criminal illegal alien Shirin Yusupova, an employee at L and S Pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I received calls from the pharmacy's phone number where the caller Shirin Yusupova remained completely silent. These calls were later followed by what I perceived as threatening communication. A few days afterward, an employee identifying herself as Shirin Yusupova contacted me and accused me of calling the pharmacy and making threats against her. She claimed that her colleagues had informed her of such calls. However, I have never contacted this pharmacy or made any such calls. To clarify the situation, I visited the pharmacy in person and asked staff members whether anyone had received a call from me or any message directed to Shirin Yusupova. All staff I spoke with confirmed that no such calls or messages had been received from me. This directly contradicts the allegations made against me and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the claims being communicated. Shirin Yusupova will be sued for the defamation of such incident. In an effort to resolve the matter, I visited the pharmacy on March 4, 2026, to speak with management. Unfortunately, the manager declined to engage with my concerns and stated that they did not have time to address the issue, directing me instead to deal with the employee directly. This lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing. During this encounter, the employee Shirin Yusupova in question became verbally abusive and used inappropriate language in russian language. She also made alarming statements that I perceived as threatening. This behaviour is unacceptable in any professional healthcare environment. Additionally, I am concerned about the qualifications and conduct of staff handling sensitive responsibilities, particularly in a setting involving medications and customer information as Shirin Yusupova had worked under someone else's identity in the past. Patients should be able to trust that pharmacy staff are properly trained, professional, and respectful. Due to the seriousness of these incidents, I am considering to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities such as Department of Health, other Federal Agencies and Counsel of Uzbekistan for further investigation regarding Shirin Yusupova.\rCons: I strongly urge the pharmacy to review its hiring practices, staff training, and internal complaint-handling procedures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
